If you were in town late Friday afternoon you may have heard our assistant fire chief celebrating our arrival with the sirens as our new tanker rolled into town. It is currently being parked in the Polk firehouse while our Station 2 undergoes some remodeling to accommodate the new truck. Also, our crew will be installing the new equipment and training before officially putting the truck into service.
